What if you could be all things to all people, or maybe all people to all people? You already are—they’re just hiding out waiting to be discovered! Have you ever been surprised at that assured, confident Leader coming out when taking charge of a project at work? By being conscious of your many subpersonalities and working to integrate them, you can experience the universe—all in youself.
This process of integrating subpersonalities is called psychosynthesis. Founded in the early 1900’s by Roberto Assagioli, an Italian psychiatrist, psychosynthesis is a psychological approach that mixes eastern (Buddhism, Yoga, etc.) and western (Freudian and Jungian Psychology, etc.) philosophies into a synthesis of world thought on how to become whole.
