What if you could be all things to all people, or maybe all people to all people? You already are—they’re just hiding out waiting to be discovered! This process of integrating subpersonalities is called psychosynthesis. Founded in the early 1900’s by Roberto Assagioli, an Italian psychiatrist, psychosynthesis is a psychological approach that mixes eastern (Buddhism, Yoga, etc.) and western (Freudian and Jungian Psychology, etc.) philosophies into a synthesis of world thought on how to become whole.
