Personality Perspectives
In the tarot, there are 16 people cards, usually referred to as "court cards", which depict personality—either in another person, or as a part of yourself. These court cards can also be seen to correspond with the 16 Myers-Briggs types. In tarot, there are four levels of people (named differently depending on the deck) related to age and gender: Kings, Queens, Knights, and Pages. Also, there are four suits (also named differently depending on the deck) related to the four elements: Wands (fire), Swords (air), Cups (water), and Pentacles (earth). The suits roughly correspond to Myers-Briggs/Jungian typology as follows: Wands=N, Swords=T, Cups=F, and Pentacles=S. Seen as Keirsey temperament types (not Jungian functions): Wands=SP, Swords=NT, Cups=NF, and Pentacles=SJ.
Who are you in the tarot? A good indicator is to choose the card you are most drawn to and then find out its typological correspondence.
